Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
Shipping rates are for the continental US only. smaller orders are shipped with USPS, crated orders will be shipped using local and national freight carriers. If you would like to arrange for shipping outside the US, please contact us at hello@whatsinno.com. We ensure all available accessories are shipped within 3-5 business days and available crated orders within 7-10 business days. If your item is made to order, we require a minimum 8 week lead time.
Signature Required
Customers may choose to mark their shipment as 'Signature Required' to ensure successful delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to track their order and be present at time of delivery. If the customer is not present to sign for the package, USPS may return the package to the sender or ship it to a USPS Access Point. Inno is not responsible for the replacement of lost or stolen packages.
Third Party Shipping
Any clients who have a preferred freight carrier must contact said freight carrier of choice for a shipping quote and must schedule the pick-up of the shipment once the order is complete. Inno will communicate all necessary details to the client but will not be responsible for crating unless a prior agreement has been made.
International Shipping
International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery. Orders refused at the point of delivery will incur return shipping charges, as well as a restocking fee equivalent to the duties and taxes levied upon the original shipment.
We are required by law to list directly on the package the full retail value of items ordered and contained therein. We cannot mark any package as a gift to avoid customs and duties fees. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of, open, and/or examine the contents of packages at their discretion. For more information on customs fees and procedures, please contact your local customs office.
Returns & Exchanges
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund, we can offer an exchange subject to the product being in as new condition, unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Your item must be unused, uninstalled and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and returned in re-sellable condition. When returning an item to our studio, please pack with care to prevent any damage during shipping. Any return or exchange that has been damaged in return transit, altered, or shows any sign of wear may not be eligible for a full refund and will be charged a restocking Fee.
Once your return is received and inspected at our studio, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the final refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchange items will be released as soon as your return is received and approved at our studio.
Damages in transit
In the event that your item is damaged in transit, please alert Inno within 10 business days of receipt. Please provide photos of your damaged item and its packaging. Please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be processed.
Inno+ Trade-In/Buyback Scheme – Terms & Conditions
The buyback offer is available exclusively on products originally purchased from Inno+. Third-party or non-Inno+ products are subject to contract.
Inno+ will repurchase eligible products at 30% of the original purchase price paid by the customer which will be applied as a discount on new purchase.
Products must have been owned for a minimum of five (5) years from the original purchase date before a buyback can be initiated.
The buyback offer is only applicable when the customer is simultaneously purchasing new Inno+ product(s). Buybacks cannot be redeemed independently of a new purchase.
Customers must provide valid proof of original purchase, including date and price paid, to qualify for the buyback valuation.
Inno+ reserves the right to assess the condition of returned products and decline buybacks where a product is deemed damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear.
This offer applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
Inno+ reserves the right to modify or discontinue this scheme at any time, with reasonable notice provided to customers.
